Chair Yoga
Join us on TUESDAYS and FRIDAYS for a fun, low impact workout that keeps you strong, healthy and smiling! If you can’t join us for our next stretch, make sure to register for any other Tuesday or Friday for the month of January!

Children's Events
Tennis and Pickleball Camp (ages 5-13)
AGES 5-13 9:30 am - 10:00 am – drop off. 10:00 am - 1:00 pm TENNIS and PICKLEBALL (with plenty of water and POPSICLE breaks). Please bring your own snacks. 1:30 pm – late pick up Camps go Monday through Friday unless noted. We will also introduce the children to pickleball. Paddles will be provided. We will use equipment (balls) to help the children SUCCEED (orange or green dot balls). We encourage those children who can serve and rally to participate in tournament play. Price: $150 Members $180 Guests $50 drop-in
